The company also gives a three-day of retreat to their employee, once in a year at Davao city. Employees are given Php. 100.00 a month if an employee has no absences as well as lateness.A free meal is given if an employee will able to sell 5 cakes within the day.December: the company will give a target sale for a store and if that target market will be met with the participation of the employees, incentives will be given to the employees.
