Ingredients:

cabbagepotatoes egg mushroomsonionpeppersaltbutter

Preparation of potatoes:Peel and grate the potatoes. Put into a sieve. When the water has drained, add pepper, salt and egg.

Peel and cut mushrooms, fry with onion and butter.

MUSHROOMS

1. Brew cabbage in salted water. 2. Put a few leaves of cabbage on the bottom of a saucepan, add fat.3. Put mushrooms and potatoes on a leaf of cabbage and roll. Put stuffed cabbage into a pot with butter.4. Bake for 3-4 hours on low heat. 5. Serve with mushroom sauce.
