(AND THE BEATLES) Slide 4 WHAT WE PLANNED Orange County wanted to convert to single stream beginning in 2010-11 THE PLAN: Convert from two bins to 95 gallon carts for curbside, Re-label all multifamily & commercial carts for single stream, Convert roll off dumpsters at dropoff sites to single stream, But .
