Going back a couple of years ago we would show EMS and have to “defend the system” as technically capable but not very user friendly….that was an incredibly hard thing to sell uphill against. The negative comments about our UI, usability, and general “look and feel” are now “non-issues” – which levels the playing field and allows me to now compete on an equal sales level.
