On the n frontQuite interesting since our last CM No Virginia, ns do not travel faster than

the speed of light (well, maybe in Italy) But, yes, q13 is large

& we already know its value to excellent precision

The NF is simpler, cheaper, & still blows away the competition

But it is still much more expensive than the competition

Plus in Kyoto MiniBooNE showed new results on ne/ne-

bar appearance. No longer diff between n and n-bar &

significance > 3s (3.8 in combined fit) Well, Virginia, there are >3 ns ?

We do indeed live in exciting Times

• The next year WILL be exciting!– It Will be stressful but, I hope, very rewarding

• 2013 WILL yield the first cooling measurements

• And we have a good chance of seeing the final component (RFCC) tested
