1.1.1 EARTHWORK BASE FOR FORMAL GARDEN :

In Formal Garden area, different types of flower plants and lawns are
developed: For this purpose, special type of earthwork base for different
types of flower plants and shapes of lawns are used.
CONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING WALL :
Retaining walls are constructed to maintain different levels and also at
some places for beautification of Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan Complex,
Paithan.

Internal paths as per necessity are constructed in the Formal Garden.
CONSTRUCTION OF INTERNAL PATHS IN FORMAL GARDEN:

For providing attraction to the tourist's two parallels curved water
channels are developed.
CONSTRUCTION OF WATER CHANNELS:

To increase the beauty of the Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan Complex,
Paithan special types of water pools of different sizes, cisterns and
cascades are constructed.
CONSTRUCTION OF WATER POOLS, CISTERN AND

To provide additional beauty and demarcation to the lawns, hedges are
developed Flower beds are constructed to add to beauty.
LAWNS HEDGES AND FLOWERS BEDS:

Most of the land in Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan, Paithan is having natural
slopes and drainage channels are constructed as per requirement to
provide proper drainage arrangement around and inside of the oval
road. Some changes in drainage arrangement are contemplated in due
course. The change shall be done by contractor at his own cost.

As per the provision in the layout of Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan
CONSTRUCTION OF OVAL ROAD, EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL ROADS :
1.1.9 CONSTRUCTION OF COMPOUND WALL :

is constructed. Internal paths are also constructed. Most of these are
now provided with Shahabad flooring.
1.1.10 WATER SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT:
Permanent compound wall is constructed around periphery of the Sant
Dnyaneshwar Udyan to protect Sant Dnyaneshawar Udyan Complex
from animals and from unauthorized persons. Fabricated steel grills are
embedded in compound wall.
Water supply arrangement is made in Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan
Complex, Paithan for Formal Garden, Orchard Garden, Water
Channels, fountains, drinking water purpose and for toilet, canteen,
ARREY type stalls and for other purposes. One direct outlet is provided
in the body of the dam for the entire water supply form the outlet. For
future distribution 29 cm. dia. 300 meter long A.C. Pipe line is provided
in different parts of Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan along with controls.
1.1.11 TREATMENT OF EXISTING NALA:
For drinking water facility to tourists, 2 water fountains are constructed.
As per the requirement and necessity the No. of water fountains shall
have to be increased.
Specific plants are to be planted on the bank- and the slope of the Nala
flowing in the Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan Complex, Paithan to increase
the beauty of the Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan, Paithan.

1.1.12 CONSTRUCTION OF CHILDREN PARK:
Two Children parks are planned to be developed in the Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan Complex for the attraction of the Tourist. Children Park No.1, is developed near to statue area Common types of playing articles are provided as broadly stated below: 1) Om Shape Climber

1.1.13 PROPOSED DEVELOPMENTS IN CHILDERN PARK NO.2
In Children Park No.2 proposed to be situated in Informal garden, new
types of amusement rides are proposed to be provided as per "ESSEL
WORLD" situated in Mumbai. This Children Park will be an added
attraction of this Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan Complex, These
amusements rides are to be provided and fixed in position by the
Contractor at his own cost.

1.1.14. DEVELOPMENT OF FOUNTAINS AND ACROSS FOUNTAINS:
At present different types of fountains are provided.
1) Dome shape fountain - 2 Nos

Every day in the evening different types of songs are being played and
musical scenes are being displayed on the Musical Fountains, in time,
with the five songs which are automatic.

1.1.15 ELECTRIFICATION TO SANT DNYANESHWAR UDYAN
COMPLEX, PAITHAN:
On both the sides of the internal path. 600 Nos. of electric lights are
provided. Oval road side electric lights are also provided. In all the
different parts of the Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan Complex, Paithan
electrification is done.

1.1.16 ORCHARD GARDEN:
1.1.17 INFORMAL GARDEN:
In 26.5 Hect. Areas of the Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan, Paithan, new
different types of Orchard trees are planted. In this area state level
nursery is developed by Agriculture Department. This Garden area will
not be handed over to the Contractor.
1.1.18 SACRED GARDEN:
In 18 Hectors of the Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan, Paithan, varieties of
trees are planted.
In consist of various varieties of sacred trees plantation in 8 Hect. At the
time of handing over the actual and number of trees will be verified.
1.1.19 CONSTRUCTION OF DNYANESHWAR DNYANPITH
RESEARCH INSTITUTE :
Approach road is also constructed, with an R.C.C. Bridge on the Nala,
flowing the west side of Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan, Paithan for
approaching the Sant Dnyaneshwar Dyanpith Research Institute
building.
Sant Dnyaneshwar Dnyanpith Research Institute building is constructed
in the Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan, Paithan area where in a marble stone
statue of Sant Dnyaneshwar is installed. Behind this marble statue
stained glass mural is fixed. Life sketches of Sant Dnyaneshwar in fiber
glass are displayed on both sides along the passage
of main structure.

The land in the Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan, Paithan is not in level. The
land is developed into terraces having uniform side slope on which
creepers have been planted.
DEVELOPMENT OF TERRACE SLOPES:

Dnyaneshwar Udyan, Paithan.

Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan Complex, Paithan should be kept clean.
Modern type dust bin as per necessity and need have been kept at
different places. At important places benches have been kept for
tourists. No of Bins/Benches will have to be increased suitably.

COMPLEX (This is illustrative and guidance list)
Following is the list of M & R activities normally required to be carried
out in different part of the Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan Complex. This list
is only indicative and the contractor may be required to carryout more
activities for maintenance and repairs of different parts of Sant
Dnyaneshwar Udyan Complex. All the Maintenance & Repairs activities
whether included in the list or not, shall have to be carried out by the
contractor at this own expenses and GMIDC will not pay any amount,
whatsoever on the ground that the contractor is required to carryout an

Dnyaneshwar Udyan Complex as per necessity.
iii) Cutting of unwanted grass and disposing it out of Sant
Dnyaneshwar Udyan Complex. Paithan.
iv) Replacing and restoration of the flooring, if any breakage occur.

10) OVAL ROAD, APPROACH ROADS AND PARKING PLACE
i) Maintenance and repairs of roads and parking place. Filling pot
holes with tar topping.
11) Removal of grass, bushes twice in a year from the embankment of
road and disposing it out of Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan Complex,
iii) Spreading of murum and sand for beautification on the
embankment of road.
iv) White washing the stones along the roads.
v) Providing asphalting to the entire road as per necessity.
vi) Maintaining and repairing drains, removing the grass and silt
from the drains twice in a year or more frequently, if necessary.

damaged part of pipe line.
iii) Avoiding leakages in main pipe line and its distribution system.
iv) Timely checking and repairs to the main valve at dam and valves
on distribution system.
v) Maintenance of existing drinking water tank by carrying out repairs
as and when required avoiding leakages of taps, and
replacement of leaking taps.
vi) Avoiding damages to decorative part of drinking water tank. Water
tanks repairing if necessary.
vii) Painting water tanks with high quality paint in a year.
viii) Avoiding pounding of water near water tank, accumulation of dirt
etc.
14) M & R TO CANTEENS, TOILETS AND OTHER CONSTRUCTION
i) M & R of the building for Canteens, Toilet, main gates shall be
done regularly.

15) M and R TO CHILDERN PARK NO. 1 :
I) General types of amusement rides have been installed in
Children Park No-1.Care should be taken that no child will injured due
to damaged

Amusement rides, installed amusement rides should be inspected from
time to time and damaged parts should be repaired immediately.
iii)
15cm. thick layer of fine sand should be spread every year on the
open space of the children park No. 1.
All amusement rides should be painted every .year with high quality
of colour.
16) COMPLETE INSTALLATION OF CHILDERN PARK NO.
2 :
i) 2.5 Ha. Land has been reserved for children park No. 2 in

Dnyaneshwar Udyan Complex, Paithan. Rides Similar to those in
"ESSELWORLD" shall be installed on this land.
The layout of installation of rides shall be prepared and got
approved from the competent authority.

Types of rides to be installed shall be got approved from
competent authority. Internal roads shall be constructed in this area.
v)
Separate fencing shall be provided to this park, with one gate each
for Entrance and Exit.
Separate Power supply shall be taken for rides and premises of this

Care shall be taken that every ride will be in working condition at all
times.
Utmost care shall be taken to avoid injuries to the tourist from
power supply and rides.

maintenance and repairs of this very important building shall be
done with utmost care.
iii)
Care should be taken to ensure that there should not be any type
of damages to any part of building structure including statue of
Sant Dnyaneshwar.
iv)
Lawns provided in 4 corners of this building shall always be kept
in good condition. Timely cutting by lawn mower machine and
necessary watering of said lawn should be done.
v)
The entire structure and especially the flooring, also the premises
should be kept clean.
vi)
Flooring and Marble cladding of the main building shall be
cleaned two times a day using suitable detergent and water.
vii)
Care should be taken that there should not be any accumulation
of dust on the cement jalli provided in the main building. These
cement jallis should be cleaned daily.
viii)
Pictures in fiber glass fixed in side the verandah of the main
building should be kept in good condition. The glass frames in
front of pictures are to be cleaned at least two times a day.
Breakages, if any, shall be made good.
ix)
All doors, windows, steel grills of Ihe windows and other wooden
materials should be cleaned two times in a day.
Ail inside roofs should be cleaned daily.
x) Leakages .of the building should be strictly prevented

Kalash installed on the top of the building should be cleaned daily
to maintain its brightness.
xiii)
Care should be taken that no dust gets accumulated on the
Statute and glass murals installed inside the Building. Necessary
arrangement shall be made for cleaning these articles daily.
xiv)
Care should be taken that the tourist can see the Statue by standing sufficiently away from the statue.
xv)
High quality colour should be given once every two years to inside and outside of the buildings and outside cement jalli compound wall.
xvi)
All doors, windows and wooden work be painted with high quality polish, every two years.
Care should be taken to keep all electrical installations in good condition by doing periodically inspection and carrying out necessary repairs and replacement.

xvii) MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS OF THE R.C.C. BRIDGE AND APPROACH ROADS: I) Regular maintenance and repairs of the R.C.C. Bridge should be carriedout.
ii)
ii) Care should be taken that railing of the bridge will stand in good condition.
iii) If the railing is damaged immediate repairs should be done.
iv)
Care should be taken to avoid any damage to the moving tourist during their movements on the R.C.C. Bridge.
v)
Cleaning of the road flooring and R.C.C. Bridge should be done daily to deep them clean.

High quality paint to the railing of the approach roads and R.C.C.
Bridge should be given.
COMPOUND WALL AROUND SANT DNYANESHWAR UDYAN COMPLEX, PAITHAN: I) Care should be taken to keep entire compound wall including steel grill in good condition by repairing the damages, if any, promptly. ii) High quality colour should be given periodically to compound wall and high quality oil paint should be given at every three years to grills, placed all around the compound wall of Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan Complex, Paithan.

iii) Care should be taken that no unauthorized person enters into the Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan Complex, Paithan.
TICKET BOOKING ARRANGEMENT:
i) For ticket booking arrangement adequate staff should be engaged
by the Contractor.
ii) Care should be taken that tourists should purchase ticket in a
disciplined and descent manner without causing any disturbance.
iii) Separate account should be maintained for adult, children and
school trips tourists.

iv) Ticket should be checked at the entrance Gate for which
necessary staff should be appointed by the contractor at his own
expenses.
v) Separate tickets should be issued for the vehicles.
vi) Ticket should be kept on gate No.1 and gate No.2 separately for
this purpose necessary staff should be appointed by the
Contractor at his own expenses.

GENERAL PROTECTION ARRANGEMENT:
i) Arrangement for parking the vehicles should be made at both the
Entrance gates of the Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan Complex.
Paithan, in such a way that there shall not be any disturbance to
the tourists visiting the Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan Complex,
Paithan.
ii) Entry should be permitted to the small vehicles, medium, type
Vehicles arid tourists through gate No.2 only. All heavy vehicles
should be permitted to enter through No.1 of the Sant
Dnyaneshwar Udyan Complex, Paithan.

The tourists shall not allow to step in to the water channels and
the water falls and also to pluck the flowers.
v)
Care should be taken that tourist shall not enter inside steel railing
of 40 feet fountain.
vi)
Adequate dust bins shall be provided in the Sant Dnyaneshwar
Udyan Complex, Paithan at suitable places for disposal of the
waste materials by the tourists. These dust bins be emptied as
frequently as required.
The tourists shall be prevented from damaging any plants,
electrical provisions and any construction in the Sant

22) GENERAL MAINTENANCE OF SANT DNYANESHWAR
UDYAN COMPLEX, PAITHAN.
Tourists shall not be permitted to linger on in the Sant
Dnyaneshwar Udyan. Paithan. beyond the visiting hours.
i) Sant Dnyaneshwar Udyan Complex, Paithan: Sant Dnyaneshwar
Udyan, Paithan shall be kept in good condition: No trees and
structures and constructions inside -the Sant Dnyaneshwar
Udyan, Paithan shall be damaged in any way. and shall be

e) I / We agree that Annual contract amount is to be paid in quarterly installments and first such installment is to be paid on Ihe dale of signing the agreement.

minimum period of 90 days from the date of opening of the

h) I / We agree to sign the Agreement within 15 days after receipt of
notice from GMIDC or within the period extended by the GMIDC
and will deposit the security deposit and Additional security
deposit before signing the contract agreement on bond paper.
I/ We agree that our Offer stands cancelled if the security deposit and
additional security deposit is not deposited in time and Contract
documents are not completed within the specified period. Earnest
