Green Miles 5k Experience MariJaunderland Contract

Thank  you  for  your  interest  in  the  GM5KE,  The  FIRST  ever  420  friendly,  3-­‐  mile  party  in  motion!  Welcome  to  MariJuanderland,  a  unique  MMJ  Vendor  Opportunity.  This  contract  is  entered  between  CanI?Liv,  LLC,  herein  referred  to  as  Event  Organizer,  and,  you  and  your  company,  herein  referred  to  as  exhibitor.  With  regard  to  the  nature  of  the  event,  exhibitor  is  required  to  possess  all  required  permits,  and  licenses  required  by  the  state  of  California.  Exhibitors  are  prohibited  from  any  illegal  activity.  Exhibitior  must  adhere  to  the  guidelines  set  for  the  event,  or  will  be  asked  to  leave  the  premises.  No  refund  will  be  given.  This  event  is  highly  time  sensitive,  therefore  we  ask  all  exhibitors  to  check  in  at  least  90  minutes  prior  to  start  time.  Exhibitors  must  complete  move  out  within  one  hour  of  event’s  end.  A  $200.00  charge  will  be  assessed,  otherwise.  Event  Organizer  is  not  responsible  for  any  damage,  or  theft  to  property  of  exhibitor.  Rental  space  is  expected    to  be  left  completely  clean,  or  exhibitor  will  be  charged  a  maintenance  fee.  Event  Organizer  does  not  guarantee  attendance.  Exhibitors  must  have  liability  insurance.    Exhibitor  holds  Event  Organizer  harmless  from  all  liability,  including  but  not  limited  to,  physical  damage,  bodily  injury,  illegal  activity,  property  damage,  and  all  liabilities  resulting  from  the  operation  of  the  exhibit  or  products  sold  during  event.  This  is  an  18  and  older  event.  Medicating  is  permitted  in  approved,  areas  only.  Exhibitors  may  provide  samples  from  their  booths,  to  properly  identified  patients  only.  Exhibitor  booth  is  exclusive  to  contracted  vendor.  Vendors  may  exhibit  more  than  one  business  at  event,  but  must  specifiy  at  time  of  application,  and  be  able  to  show  business  permits  in  the  name  of  the  same  individual.  Exhibitor  forfeits  all  monies  paid  to  Event  Organizer  if  actions  fall  outside  of  the  above  guidelines.  Requests  for  refunds  must  be  in  writing  at  least  180  days  before  event,  and  are  at  the  descretion  of  Event  Organizer.

Green  Miles  5k  Event  Guidelines    

   Event  Date  &  Time:  May  16,  2015  2:15-­‐  11:00pm    Set  Up  Time:  10:00am–  1:30pm  Saturday  May  16,  2016    Booth  Break  Down  11:00pm-­‐  12:00am    (No  early  breakdowns/early  breakdowns  subject  to  fees)      Green  Miles  Exhibitors  are  allowed  to  promote  their  products  as  outlined  in  contract.      No  cross  promotion    No  Sharing  Booths,  or  subletting  permitted.  If  your  company  has  not  been  issued  a  Company  I.D.  Sign  by  management-­‐  you  will  be  removed  from  the  premises.  If  an  approved  exhibitor  is  found  to  be  subletting,  they  will  be  removed  from  the  premises  with  no  refund  granted.      All  MMJ  businesses  must  be  legal  and  compliant  with  Ca  Prop  215  and  SB  420    This  is  an  18  and  over  event,  unless  otherwise  specified    There  will  be  absolutely  NO  promotion  by  unapproved  vendors  allowed
