During last one year, a realty came in our notice that 90% organisation/ NGO/Institutions are only having registration certificate but nothing knowing about official documentation.

Only one thing they know that NGO can get project/Funds from Govt. or from International funding agencies. This is very way to make money, In this illusion they lived after few year either they become defunct or working as bonded labour or get in trap of corruption. The vision of Service to Community goes to in cold chest , with which they were evolved.

1. To empower the Org. Working in Health Management sector with Holistic Approach,- financially, technically & legally, through activity eg. Training, Workshop, Business opportunities etc

2. To establish, Sustainable Corpus Fund, resources & knowledge capital

4. To propagate at World Map innovations & knowledge of Network organisations

. Formation: Only Organisations/ Institutions will be Part of CHMO- no individual.

To initiate1.Minimum 10 Organisations/ Institutions from

each State/ Metropolitan City, UT.2.Organisation/Institutions will placed category

wise of their working subject/medical systems 3.Zonal Unit will formed by State or

Metropolitan- City Unit.

4. Regional Unit will be formed by Zonal Unit & district Unit by regional Unit.

5. Representation of one/two representative from every unit will be in their Next upper reporting body.

6. Central Body will have One representation of every State/ Metropolitan City/UT.

7. CHMO State/ Metropolitan City/UT in-charge ship will by consensus or by rotation.

8. Regional Unit will be formed by Zonal Unit & district Unit by regional Unit.

9. Representation of one/two representative from every unit will be in their Next upper reporting body.

10.Central Body will have One representation of every State/ Metropolitan City/UT.

11. To Central body, Only state/ Metropolitan City/Union territory Units will be answerably. Same in downstream network

12 Central body will provide Guidelines to State /Metro City/UT for downstream & monitor the Implementation through Central Coordinator.

13.Membership/Donation/ programme- Funds will be shared between state & central Body, business funds as well in standard condition, apart from special Business term & condition for special product time to time.

14. The State/ Metropolitan City/U T will be formed only for two years initially later after appraisal period will be extended for 3 years.

15. Membership for organisations/Institutions will be 2000 for first two years inform of Donations/Contribution for CANCER & AIDS in favour of CARFQL/GLOBAL TOUCH11 payable at LUCKNOW by Multicity Ch./DD/Internet banking .

16. In CHMO terms & conditions, amendments , modifications & delectation will made time to time as per need , suggestions & observations for better smooth & transparent working

17. In case of any dispute will be sorted out by CHMO Central body/ legal jurisdiction will be Lucknow , UP, Court of Law.

18. CHMO central body will have final right of decision

in any case.

19. CHMO will establish five ZONAL offices– Northern , Eastern , Western, Southern & Central

20. CHMO all programmes funded and non funded will run through CHMO network & everybody CHMO Unit will get their share & incentive .

21.CHMO central body will take care of Governance , empowerment , resource development , capacity building affiliations, projects, opportunities , monitoring, evaluation , appraisal, research & development etc for CHMO network units & Members .
