    Commercials Assumptions

    Terms & Conditions:

    1) The pricing is based on very high level understanding and clarifications through the initial meetings

    over telephone conference calls.

    2) Time & Material Model will be used as a transparent billing on the actual effort by applying the

    individual resource rate card

    3) Travel and incidental expenses to customer site will be charged in addition to consultancy fees. For

    eg:- Train travel to Client office location

    4) Senior Management resources (Delivery Head and Global Sales Head) are not charged to the

    project budget and their time invested to build relationship and trusted delivery model

    5) Invoices will be sent at the month end on actuals (Actual effort * respective day rate card)

    6) Payment Terms cycle time will be 30 days from the submission of invoice.

    7) 5,000 advance to be paid after the Contract sign-off as token amount

    8) Any change requests are subject to re-estimation and quotation process.9) The Amber color quoted estimates are very high level that can be reviewed after scope finalization

    10) User testing and pilot phases require dedicated staff from GLG to for acceptance of the software

    and promote to Live environment.

    11) All third party APIs or Software's costs for the production servers are taken care by GLG.

    12) Hosting Infrastructure and Servers are taken care by GLG
