    Your Individual Development Plan (IDP) is one of the most important tools you can utilize to map your journey and ensure you reach your career goals.

    Take into consideration all components of the Career Development Framework, (Your Aspirations, Dells Expectations, and Map Your Journey), in addition to the resources provided in your Individual Development Plan Workbook to create your IDP.

Any kind of course and certification that specializes or boosts me in Exp1_2: Windows Technologies I also find it helpful.
