We don’t have EP supply

At IPM we build a global plan, aligning S&D in sub-products, activating oGIP providers to increase their goals for Teaching

EPs. Together we move the network and boost Teaching GIP!

We are not matching enough of our EPs & TNs

We clarified the concrete products we are driving in the network within teaching, making it easier for entities to raise EPs and

TNs and making it faster & easier to match!

Our EPs cannot be matched since they are not native speakers

We ensure that we are clear in expectation setting towards TN takers that we provide non-native but excellent speakers in

English. We know exactly our entity partners and can connect this to our expectations with partners.

Our EPs want to go on short term internships but not all of them are.

We clarified the concrete products we are driving in the network within teaching, we now know that we have two different

products (3 month and 6 month English Teaching). We provide regular S&D info to know which entities has which internships!

TNs for mobile application development and web application development.

Difficulty matching because of specificity of skills

Raising within mobile and web application development is enough, you can raise EPs with different skills, as long as they have some practical experience. The company then will do the

final selection on the iGIP side.
