Amusement rides are what everyone is talking about - we have lots more than before. Tomorrow is your last chance to pre-order armbands for the amusement rides for $25. These will cost $30 on the day. The weather will be sunny. We are looking forward to a great day. See you there! All money raised will benefit your child. Sydney North Area Athletics Results On Monday students from Glenorie Public School attended the Sydney North Athletics Carnival. Blake Cowley, Lachlan Powell, Harry Devaney and Ben Stringer ran in the Senior Boys Relay. They made the final and came 9 th overall. There are 166 schools that belong in the Sydney North Area so it was an amazing achievement for such a small school. Lachlan ran in 100m, 200m and 800m 12/13 year boys events and came 1 st in 800m, 6 th in 100m and 11th in 200m . Lachlan has now qualified for NSW State Athletic Championships to be held on 18 th October. Congratulations boys on a fantastic achievement. Good luck Lachie.
