[8] The availability of the Mmc and Mmc services varies between vehicles, models and equipment. Selected Mmc services are available free of charge for a period of three (3) years from the date of activation with an eligible vehicle. Use of the Mmc services is subject to terms and conditions and requires the user to the download the associated apps on a compatible mobile device. The user at all times remains solely responsible for ensuring that the services are used in accordance with all applicable laws (including road rules) and, where applicable, for maintaining proper control of the vehicle, ensuring safety and monitoring the driving environment.
