“And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” – This life is full of troubles, disappointments, failures, and temptations. The old saying goes, “You are either in a trial, you just came out of a trial, or you are about to go into a trial.” When adversity comes, we often do not know how to handle it. The anguish of disappointments and troubles overtake our lives to the point that it affects our mental and physical state and we become useless to God and ourselves. We get overwhelmed and cannot find any peace because of the torment in our mind. As long as we try to bear the load ourselves, it becomes harder and harder to go on. But I am glad that there is a place of refuge. When we turn to our Lord, He supplies peace in situations that seem hopeless. Peace that the human mind cannot comprehend. Peace that sooths our broken heart. Peace that will clear our mind and allow us to move past whatever was troubling us. The Lord has continued to bless our family this past month. We have had the opportunity to share our burden for the United Kingdom with churches in Georgia, Iowa, Tennessee, and Florida. One church voted to partner with us at the end of a Wednesday night service and three other churches said they wanted to support our work and would be getting with us soon. That puts us closer to getting to the field to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ and I am very thankful. But the greatest thing that we have been part of this month was the Sunday morning we witnessed three people come to trust Christ as their Savior! – That is why we peach and it’s a joy to see people saved! There is a lost and dying world out there and they need someone to tell them about the one that died in their place to provide them an escape from Hell and we are thankful that God has chosen us to be His servants. We are planning our survey trip to Wales for April and are excited to go and spend time there working with Bro. Stagner and getting a feel for the area that we will be living in soon. Please pray that God provide the financial means for our travels, plane tickets will be around $4000.00 for the family. Also pray God uses us while we are visiting to spread His word and see people saved. Please continue to pray for us. We have seen God move greatly in the past couple of months and know that it is because of you that love us and lift us up to Him daily. Prayer Request: • God to lead more churches to partner with us in monthly support • Encouragement and protection while we travel • For new meetings to be scheduled for the remaining part of 2016 and 2017 • The Lord to anoint me and use me while preaching on deputation • God to rekindle a burden in His people to reach the lost • For all the men of God and their families serving around the world • For the salvation for the people of the United Kingdom • Always pray for your church and your pastor Giving Him all the Glory, September 2016 Prest on Cronan & Family
