4. You can edit your LC’s information by clicking the “EDIT” button

Click “invite by email instead”
9. Fill in their front/back name, Home LC (follow the name in GIS),
Type the valid aiesec email.
Click “Send”

10. Now, you have your 1st unplaced member.
11. Click to your “EB” team
12. Click “New Leader”
13. Assign someone into this position and start/end date & Edit the position details

Note: LCVPs are using the same process to assign your department teams.

Click “invite by email instead”
9. Fill in their front/back name, Home LC (follow the name in GIS),
Type the valid aiesec email.
Click “Send”
After you invited your members into GIS, they will receive an email like this.
Click “Setup Password” and system will redirect them to GIS. After they set their password, they can start to explore GIS
Sign Up using myaiesec.net & Introduce GIS to new members

• Have Physical Meeting with all the new members ( VPTM)• Go to myaiesec.net & click “Register Here” to let member to
sign up to myaiesec.net to get their “AIESEC EMAIL”

• After getting their AIESEC email, please jot down all the email address (respective LCVPs)
• Invite member into GIS via email ( Refer to “Set Up LC” steps 8 – 9 )

• Introduce them the new GIS and start to explore by themselves.
• Follow the GIS Campaign timeline, functions and features will be exposed in weekly basis until 22nd Oct 2014.
Note: myaiesec.net is just for the new members to get their AIESEC email, do not let them know the functions in myaiesec.net
In Week 1 challenge, new members just need to sign up in myaiesec.net, and they can start to
explore GIS themselves.
In Week 2 challenge, there will have more features and GIS challenges that involves new
member
