� Difficulty of getting most of the data because of secrecy.
- Inability to establish GIS center in Basra.
Despite these obstacles we have to use this program for the following reasons:
- Narrowing the scientific gap between our country and the developing countries which have already adopted this program.
- Rescuing the remaining data and maps from damage.�
