What is it?

An online, interactive tool and supported process, created by Skills for Justice in collaboration with the Police, Fire and Rescue and Prison Services in Northern Ireland to support the NI Governments directive of shared training and maximising efficiencies for these agencies

The main features of the tool are:• analysis and comparison of the activities of each employer• all agreed training provision mapped to National Occupational Standards (NOS)• a shared behavioural framework to aid curriculum design• a process to support joint working and collaboration
