Our handcra ed wines are named a er one of the 14 loveable penguins that live along the coastline of South America and Antarc ca.
EEach of our wines is specially blended as in the tradi on of many of the best wines in the world. PengWine is Estate produced in the Maipo Valley using tradi onal, Old World methods and is pre-‐cellared and mely released as each wine develops in its own way. Since our first release of the 2003 vin-‐tage, we have been applying our passion for Food, Wine and Travel to pro-‐duce wines which must be experienced.
Founders: Chef-‐Sommelier-‐Wine designer, Chris Milliken and his partner Max Eyzaguirre have enjoyed making wines which are great expressions of Chilean varie es, and uniquely cra ed to express the amazing terrior from which the grapes are harvested.
An urban oasis, the 86-‐room Hotel Fort Canning, Singapore promises a unique sojourn.
Presen ng all the ameni es of a 5-‐star city-‐resort inclusive of outstanding food & beverage outlets including The Glass House, a 'modern Asian' all-‐day dining bistro, two full-‐sized swimming pools, Hotel Fort Canning, Singapore epitomises the concept 'urban oasis meets heritage hotel'.
SurSurrounded by the lush greenery of a historical park, it is among the finest bou que hotels Singapore has to offer. Located in the heart of the city, it straddles not only the Orchard Road shopping belt, the Clarke Quay enter-‐tainment hub, but also the Central Business District, and the Civic District.
All in all -‐ a most coveted address.
His culinary passion morphed into an enological one. He went about absorb-‐
ing every aspect of winemaking during his me at Domaine Chandon Winery
in the beau ful Yarra Valley, Australia. With great fortune and ideal ming,
Chris then made his way to the Maipo Valley in Chile where he was able to
make his own wines in collabora on with his friend and Chilean na ve, Max
Eyzaguirre.
The two agreed that their wines should reflect the fun and enjoyable nature
that goes into winemaking. To that effect, the lighthearted penguins that
make their home along the Chilean coast became the inspira on behind the
brand PengWine. To toast the land and sea-‐loving birds, they have named
each label a er a different penguin na ve to South America.
Chris hopes Chris hopes to help consumers learn about Chile, its lovely people and what
goes into making “unique, bou que vino”. As the Maipo Valley becomes in-‐
creasingly recognized for quality and outstanding terroir, so too have the
wines that it heralds. Enjoy some PengWine and take a sip of the great South
American land of allure.
