Energy metering
To ensure greater efficiency for the building/system and the reduction of polluting emissions, the central heating system is the best solution for new apartment buildings. However, all users want to be able to independently manage timing for system switch on/off and to set comfortable temperatures, as well as paying only for actual consumption.
To meet these needs, we offer an extensive range of satellites and modules for directly metering thermal energy. Together with individual thermoregulation, they allow to combine the advantages of a centralised system with those of an autonomous one.

System made in steel plate composed of active and inactive panels, supported by characteristic visible parallel or crossed load-bearing structures. The panels can be released and repositioned vertically (rotating them on the hooks fitted in the upright slots), to open the false ceiling and access the plenum for the inspection or maintenance of other systems, even while the system is operating. Possibility of creating ceilings with two different modularities: 600×1200 mm (GK60, parallel structure) and 1200×1200 mm (GK120, crossed structure). Two different modes of activation can satisfy different thermal efficiency requirements:
• Type C, with thermal diffusers in anodised aluminium and hydraulic circuit with copper coil
• Type A, with thermal diffusers in anodised aluminium and hydraulic circuit with PB piping with anti-oxygen coating
Radiant metallic ceilings
Our metal ceilings, available in various and customisable finishings, make it possible to create comfortable and extremely efficient air conditioning systems, thanks to their high yield and low thermal inertia. Ideal for commercial buildings such as buildings offices, hospitals, airports, commercial environments, school buildings.
This way the ceiling, above which service systems and networks are installed, becomes the main element of the air conditioning system, with all the advantages of radiant technology: considerable comfort and environmental healthiness, consistent energy savings, maximum architectural freedom and enhancement of the surfaces and volumes of the building.

• Radiant systems for low thickness ceilings, ideal for renovations, when extremely low structures are necessary. Available in two versions: R979S panel with indentations (see detail) or plaster fibre sheets with milled grooves for pipe housing.
• Dry system, with limited overall thickness, ideal for applications where it is not possible to load structures with the weight of a traditional concrete screed. Prefabricated panels in expanded polystyrene, already paired with thermoconducting aluminium lining to guarantee excellent thermal yield, represent the fundamental element of the system. Galvanised steel plates, to be installed in a double layer and on which it is possible to apply any type of final covering, guarantee mechanical consistency and uniform distribution of the loads.
• Pipes, fittings and pipe accessories. Pipes in extremely flexible PEX-b, in PE-RT, both with anti-oxygen barrier, or in multilayer PEX-b/Al/PEX-b. Useful accessories such as bend supports, unrollers, clips and fastening equipment complete our offer to facilitate to the utmost the installation operations.

Air treatment for radiant systems
In combination with our radiant systems, we provide a range of devices especially built to control humidity in the summer, for forced ambient air exchange and heat recovery.
To distribute drinking water, our most precious resource, we provide hygienic and high quality system which meet the highest standards both nationally and internationally. In our range, we offer:
• Flexible pipes for plumbing and drainage, made of multilayer metal-plastic (PEX-b/Al/PEX-b), bare and insulated, or in plastic (PEX-b). Designed to resist corrosion and products in compliance with the strictest standards, to support the effects long-term of high temperatures and the pressure of a drinking water system.
• Pipes and fittings made in PPR to weld, available also in large diameters. The technical features of the material make it optimal for creating systems to be used for transporting drinking water, even if very chalky, for plumbing and drainage uses.
• Brass fittings. Our range of fittings (multitongs pressure profile, mechanical compression,
with crimping ring in the Giacoqest system, with shape memory expansion bush in the GX system) guarantees reliable connections with long durability over time, and which respect the most rigorous hygiene standards. Easy installation.
• Various types of distribution manifolds (modular or rod manifolds) to create, using flexible and rapid installations, a compact and safe system that is easy to maintain.
• Essential for ensuring flexibility across all system types, our brass ball valves are made in compliance with the various regulations in force relating to drinking water distribution.

H2ydrogem, the hydrogen catalytic combustor
The “hydrogen” project and “zero impact” air conditioning
We began our Research & Development in the field of hydrogen with the highest goal in terms of sustainability: to produce a “zero emissions” cycle for producing thermal energy.
Why hydrogenHydrogen really can be the energy vector of the future. Even though this element isn't freely present in nature, its supply is practically endless: remember that where there is water, there is hydrogen. Together with oxygen, in fact, hydrogen forms the water molecule (H2O) - the most common compound on the earth.Unlike fossil fuels, hydrogen is a carbon-free energy vector. This is a great advantage in the energy production process: combustion doesn't produce any emissions of CO2, which is the gas emitted during the combustion of all fossil sources and is the main cause of the greenhouse effect.

Hydrogen production and storageUsing electricity produced from renewable sources (solar radiation - photovoltaic panels; wind - wind power plant; water - hydroelectric power station), the electrolysis of the water produces “zero impact” hydrogen: the waste from this “processing” (already carbon-free) is pure oxygen. The hydrogen produced via electrolysis can be stored in different forms and subsequently used to produce electricity by means of fuel cells. The thermal energy is produced by a fuel cell during the electric operation phase only. For the purposes of heating water only, we have conceived H2ydroGEM.
H2ydroGEM, the catalytic combustorThe combustor is a condensation boiler based on an innovative catalytic hydrogen burner. The burner (where the reaction takes place) is powered simply with gaseous hydrogen (the fuel) and atmospheric air (with the combustive oxygen). Inside the reaction channel there is a suitable catalyser agent that allows the hydrogen and oxygen to combine spontaneously in a water molecule, at the same time freeing a quantity of heat. Heat is removed by a series of exchangers (powered with system water) built into the combustor. The temperature of the water heated, this way is ideal for thermal-sanitary systems, especially low temperatures radiant ones: in fact, these conditions guarantee maximum combustor yield and top comfort for users.
