Hard Cooked & Peeled Eggs

• Keep refrigerated 0 - 4° C after opening

• These items are ready to serve.

Whole Liquid Eggs

• Keep refrigerated 0 - 4° C after opening. Use promptly after opening

• Simply add liquid eggs to any recipe requiring eggs and follow recipe preparation

Frozen Scrambled Eggs

• Product should be stored frozen at a temperature of -18° C or below until required

• Thaw product in refrigerator overnight or place in hot water for no more than one hour (incomplete thawing of product will result in water weepage after product is cooked

• Fill cooking vessel ¾ full with water and bring to boil. Place thawed pouches in vessel

• Cook in boiling water for 10 minutes, then agitate the pouch using a paddle or remove from the water and knead/massage the pouch

• Repeat this every 5 minutes until cooked. Total cooking time will be 25-30 minutes • Remove pouch from water and knead before cutting open to serve. Season to taste
