IF A PERSON IS FUNCTIONALLY UNABLE TO USE THE FIXED ROUTE SERVICE

• IT MUST PROVIDE COMPLEMENTARY PARATRANSIT SERVICE

• DURING THE SAME SERVICE HOURS AND

• WITHIN 3/4 MILE OF THE ROUTE
