• Earlier KKR A was not in UPS. But I, in association with Surjitji, have put the line beyond fryer on UPS, helping the plant to save wastages of finished product.
• I by-passed the servo-stabalizer from the line on which UPS is present because modern UPS acts as a power stabilizer as well.
• I made few OPLs on vibrating conveyors after attending a lecture delivered by a OEM. Those OPLs have reduced the break-down frequency.
• I have proposed that the existing UPS of the boiler be used for the auxiliary equipments of the ORC rather than buying a new UPS ,as that 300KVA UPS has a load utilization of 60%. This proposal is accepted by the authorities.
• I, along with the packaging team, have made few kaizens in bar-coding project. One of those kaizens has won the best kaizen award.
• Recently, I , along with Amit, made PC-32 accessible from remote location so that AUTHORISED vendors could access the PLCs of PC-32 , in case of any problem, from any part of the world and during any part of the day.
