rest of the team to solve problems, and coordinating the delivery of application patches are all additional duties.
JOB DESCRIPTION
SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE: Help with a cloud-first effort; deployment pipelines for Lambda and Amazon Web Services Run code reviews as necessary As required, create unit tests. Organize application service desk tickets Proactive in identifying issues and offering workable solutions Ensure the organization, quality, and automation of the code. By researching current methods and developing improvements, systems may be made better. Ability to collaborate effectively with technicians, engineers, and both internal and external customers Investigate continuous or sporadic operational difficulties using smart, ad-hoc analysis.
SKILLS Self-starter with good time management abilities and the ability to work with little supervision. Competent with CodePipeline for AWS cloud deployments Able to use AWS Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and RDS with ease (SQL Server & Postgres) Capable of using AWS CloudFormation YAML/JSON Strong programming object-oriented knowledge. Familiar with a variety of architectural and design trends. Working familiarity with reporting, data extraction, and SQL The development of database schemas that describe and support business operations. Fundamental knowledge of the Common Language Runtime's (CLR) restrictions, flaws, and solutions. Putting in place unit tests and automated testing systems. Thorough knowledge of Git and other code versioning systems.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Computer science, Information Technology Associate, or BS degree is a plus and/or equivalent combination of experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Minimum of 5 years experience in application development or related field. 5 years of C# with ASP.NET, MVC, and WPF experience 3 years of TSQL experience 3 years of AWS (Amazon Web Services) experience using CloudFormation, Lambda, DynamoDB 2 years of GitHub experience Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive with excellent documentation skills. Ability to work independently and with others. Extremely organized with strong planning, organizational and time-management skills. AWS Associate (Architect, Developer, or Sys Ops) Certification is a bonus
