� E’ evidente che nell’ultimo biennio la gestione obbligazionaria dei titoli di Stato della zona Euro ha presentato delle difficoltà inattese e che si è messo in discussione il valore del rating e del rischio di credito sovrano
� Da qui l’importanza di modificare i processi d’investimento per poter meglio apprezzare le differenze tra paesi e soprattutto per analizzare adeguatamente l’impatto delle variabili di mercato sugli emittenti dell’Unione Monetaria
� In questo contesto Dexia AM ha adottato un nuovo processo d’investimento obbligazionario che separa nettamente i paesi AAA dagli altri

� Modelli di valutazione differenti e indicatori differenti
� Un Budget di rischio che viene calcolato prendendo in considerazione la volatilità di ogni singolo emittente e dunque una notazione per un Paese il cui debito è più volatile si tradurrà in un’esposizione in duration (CMTD) minore
� Una maggiore attenzione al peso percentuale in portafoglio di un determinato Paese e non soltanto la sua contribuzione alla Duration
� L’aspetto rischio di credito risulta enfatizzato, insomma se Ronald Reagan aveva dichiarato “il Debito Pubblico è così grande che può badare a s e stesso”
