The box structure will be built from lightweight plywood, balsa and plastic.Build the box over these plans. Cover or paint with aluminum.

Ammo box cover. Laser cut polystyrene. Trim and attach to frame.
Wrap as shown, cut into separate panels if necessary.
CUT/FOLD
Snip off the heads of steel straight pins to simulate rivets.
These parts will be glued over the wooden forms, Cover in soft aluminum. Must be pliable enough to make the compound bends.
