Software Development In Geotechnics: A balance between rapid computation and coherent results

• Massive Geotechnical Database allowed engineers and researchers to

develop convergence based Methods giving fast & high precision

results avoiding the use of FEM which can be awkward in Time

• For example: The settlement of single Piles and Piles Group using the load transfer method is more preferred to be used than FEM in both consulting reports and scientific papers

• These Methods can be combined with machine learning techniques to develop decision making algorithms in Foundation Design
