THECONTRACTOR IS SPECIFICALLY DIRECTED TO PROVIDESKETCHES FOR RESOLUTION OF SUCH PREDICTABLECONFLICTS PRIOR TO ANY REQUEST FOR INFORMATIONOR CLARIFICATION FROM THE ARCHITECT.
7. EVERY EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO MAKE THESEDOCUMENTS CONCISE AND COORDINATED, TO DEFINEWORK IN THE MOST LOGICAL PLACE AND TO ELIMINATEREDUNDANCY. DO NOT PRESUME THAT YOUR SCOPE OFWORK IS SINGULARLY DEFINED. 10. 11. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLEFOR LOCATING AND PROTECTING ALL UTILITY LINES.LOCATIONS SHOWN ARE APPROXIMATE. REPAIR ALLDAMAGE TO UTILITY LINES CAUSED BY CONSTRUCTIONOPERATIONS AT NO COST TO THE OWNER.

DRAWINGS AND DIMENSIONS1. DO NOT SCALE THE DRAWINGS. THE GENERALCONTRACTOR, SUBCONTRACTORS AND ALL EMPLOYEESON THIS PROJECT SHALL NOT SCALE THE DRAWINGS TODETERMINE DISTANCES NOT DIMENSIONED ON THEDRAWINGS. IF FURTHER DIMENSIONING IS REQUIRED ITSHALL BE REQUESTED IN WRITING BY THE GENERALCONTRACTOR AND ANSWERED IN WRITING BY THEARCHITECT.
2. THE ARCHITECT'S DIMENSIONS MUST BE THOROUGHLYEXAMINED AND VERIFIED BY THE CONTRACTORPREPARING THE PLAN FOR PROCURING AND PLACING THEWORK BECAUSE OF THE VARIABLE IN AVAILABLEPRODUCTS AND CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES. COLUMNGRIDS AND BUILDING LIMITS MAY BE USED LITERALLY ASLONG AS THEY HAVE BEEN VERIF IED BY THECONTRACTOR'S SURVEYOR.
3. ALL DIMENSIONS ON PLANS ARE TO FACE OF BLOCK ORTO FACE OF STUD UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
