Angleformed by two lines, or rays,
which meet at a point called the vertex.
Vertex• The point where two rays meet to form an
angle.
APoint A is the vertex of the angle. It can be used to name the angle with only one letter.
Degree• The unit used to measure the size of an
angle. One degree represents 1/360 of a circle. The symbol is °.
Acute Angle• An angle that measures
between 0° and 90°.
