181 Post Westphalia State Actors https://appealpower.com/our-worldthe-frame/state-actors/
32 forms of Non State Actors https://appealpower.com/our-worldthe-frame/not-state-actors/
All inside the 4th World War, ( 15-9-2008 - ?), a global civil war between State Actors and Non State Actors.
To be clear we can describe the 3 World Wars as following:
WW I (1914-1918), the war between empires
WW II (1939-1945), the war between different forms of humanism: liberal in all its nuances, social-communist, nazi-fascist
WW III (The Cold War) (1950-1991), the war between republics: liberals/social-democratic Vs. communists
A common element for the 4 World Wars is that they have been living the Globalization.

The WWI happened along with the end of the modern Globalization, (the end of the Belle Époque, 1914), and the last 3 under the contemporary Globalization
started with the 1918 influenza Pandemic.
By the way we must keep in mind that the Globalization exists since almost 6.000 years and the origin was inside the network of megalopolis in Mesopotamia.
Geopolitics means leadership and leadership is composed by 6 elements
1. Commitment: to a vision
2. Connection: with the People and the World
3. Compassion: to help as well as to use the right amount of violence
4. Consistency: to be able to face crisis being resilient and taking responsibilities for the mistakes
5. Competency: to be able to understand the world
6- Communication: ( clearly, concisely, coherently) to tell the right thing at the right moment, honestly

Is this Country contributing?
If yes: why?
If yes: how?
If yes: why?
If yes : where is making the
difference?
If yes: strengths /weakness on doing
that
If yes: the best to fix to improve
If yes the lesson(s) to learn about
If not: why not?
If not: how?
If not: where?
If not the biggest leverage on
jeopardizing the Humanity?
Is that reversible? And if it is, how?
