GENERAL NOTES

Situation

Sunny Hill Farm lies only ¾ mile from the main A34 Stafford to Stone dual carriageway and has excellent access via the M6 major road network at Stafford North Junction. From Stafford north ring road (A518) turn into Marston Lane signposted Marston and Yarlet. Travel approximately 1 mile to the Y junction and bear left onto Yarlet Lane. Sunny Hill Farm lies approximately 600 yards on the right and is the first farm on the right after St Leonards Church. From Stone pick up the A34 towards Stafford and the M6 and travel up Yarlet Bank. At the top of the bank adjoining the Greyhound Public House turn left signposted Marston into Yarlet Lane. Continue down the lane for approximately ¾ mile with Sunny Hill Farm lying on the left before the small church. ‘To the Sale’ and ‘Car Park’ signs will be erected on the morning of the sale.

Export Purchasers – All goods must be paid for in pounds sterling (£).

VAT on Export Goods – Under regulations imposed by HM Customs & Excise, the auctioneers must account in a proper manner for VAT on export goods. Therefore, any customers who have no trading pattern record with the auctioneers must pay all VAT on the purchase price of goods on sale day. On receipt of all relevant export documentation and bills of laden (which must be received in the prescribed time limits), the auctioneers will then refund relevant VAT sums.

Buyers Premium – No buyers premium will be payable at this sale.

Telehandler Loading Facilities – The vendor will provide telehandler loading on site until approximately 5pm on sale day.

Machine Hours – Machine hours have been taken as at 11th January 2018. These are given for information purposes only and are not guaranteed by the Auctioneers. Loading It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange for the safe loading & transport of all and any purchases. Bagshaws are under no obligation to provide assistance in loading but on occasion they will do their best to help provided that it is not putting themselves, the purchaser or other people at risk of injury. FOREWORD

This genuine dispersal sale at Sunny Hill Farm arises as a result of the cessation of farming at the farm and the sale of the holding which has been forced due to HS2. Mr & Mrs Prinold have farmed at Yarlet since October 1993 and prior to arriving at Sunny Hill Farm farmed at Enson Lane for the previous 24 years. Mr Prinold has run a very successful arable and store cattle feeding enterprise for many years with an excellent range of machinery now for genuine sale. Both the John Deere tractors were purchased as demonstrator models and both Ifor Williams trailers together with the Mazda 4WD pickup were owned from new. The majority of the principle arable enterprises including the 3 Metre Power Harrow together with Sprayer and Amazone Fertilizer Spreader were also purchased new. Both John Deere’s are in superb order and perusal of the catalogue will show that both tractors have undertaken under 1900 hours from new. The vendors have made the sad decision to disperse all their machinery due to compulsory purchasing of their holding via HS2 and purchasers should attend and bid with confidence at this very genuine event with some excellent machines in superb order with the stars of the show having undertaken little work.
