PrP (Prime Power) NOrMA ISO 8528

Applicable for generator sets that works as principal energy source. It is the maximum power available for a variable power cycle that can work for a limi-ted number of hours per year, between the periods of maintenance indicated. The me-dium power consumed in a period of 24 hours must’s overtake the 80% of the PRP, 10 % of the allowed overload in a limited pick of time of maximum 1 hour every 12 hours.

lTP (Stand by Power) NOrMA ISO 3046

Applicable for generator sets which works in case of a interruption of the power supply. It’s the maximum power available for a low use of variable charges for

a limited numbers of hours a year (500 hours) in the followings cases of operation: 100% of the charge 25 hours/year; of the charge 200 hours/year. This power doesn’t allow overloads.

The following powers are indicated for environmental conditions of 100 KPa barometric pressu-res, 25ºCelcious, 30% relative humidity according to the ISO 3046 norm.

EMErgENCy SET IN PArAllEl Or TO THE MAINS

This system configures just a generator set in case of emergency connected to the mains. In this way, when the electrical supply are reestablished in the principal source of energy after a mains failure the mains and the set get synchronized to avoid a new tension interruption. In long programmed supply interruptions, you can configure the generator set to work previously to avoid the first interruption.Its main function is to supply reserve energy though an external switching in case of mains failure. The switching must be thought motorized switchers.

SEvErAl gENErATOr SETS grOUPEd IN A EMErgENCy CASE

In this alternative, several groups are synchronized each other or with the mains. This procedure is usual in some situations when a lot of energy is needed. When a breakdown in the mains is produced, all the generator sets start at the same time. If the energy load is lower than the one produced by the generators, the machines that are not necessary will pass to a break state. If a overcharged would come, the machines would start up one by one according to the demand. Furthermore the sets works one in case of emergency of other, so if one is broken, another one which were in stand by will run. All these systems are controlled by a unity of control that allows the synchronization between them. This unit make tension and intensity measures by phase, frequency, revolutions, temperature, oil, pressure… In the control unit power, voltage, engine speed can be showed.

The manufacturer reserves the right to accept or refuse a guarantee as well as to require the recovery of the damaged item.
