Applications
• For the generator differential protection two main applications are very common.Example left, generator differential protection with a direct connection to a busbar. At the busbar severalgenerators could be connected. The GRID connection is at the primary side of the MV transformer.Example right, block protection application. The generator differential protection offers the possibility to protectthe generator and the transformer. The MV busbar connection is at the primary side of the transformer.

All in one
• The HighPROTEC is consisted in handling, wiring, documentation andcommissioning over the complete line to reduce training andcommisioning costs.
• As standard, the devices are fully equipped with all functions required bythe corresponding application without an additional price, all in onestrategy.
• Because the easy operating concept applies for all relay types and for theparameter setting software “Smart view SE”, which is for free.
• Explanation texts are shown at the HMI and Smart view to get a veryefficient overview. The plausibility checks protect the customer againstparameterizing failures.
• Smart view functionality included the parameterizing software and adisturbance analyzing software for the complete product line. The save product package contains the manual, all data point lists andmanuals for the communication protocols, smart view and an end of linetest report.
