Introduction• Health information systems strongly influence quality and
efficiency of health care, and technical progress offers advanced opportunities to support health care.
• An infomediary Web-based Health Application • Provide visitor easier accesses to their healthcare
information and preventive measures.• This system discuss the interrelation between health
information systems on one side and health care on the other side.
A lack of funds to service and maintain health care’s facilities. Shortages of medicines and equipment along with the uneven
distribution of medicines and facilities. The physical geography of Nepal and lack of good roads prevent the
availability of accessible services, especially for those living in villages in the mountains, and hill regions.
A lack of decision-making and implementation by the government with regard to training skilled health care workers.
There are not enough hospitals, health posts and health centers especially in the remote areas.
Doctors and health workers hesitate to go to remote areas. Rural people mostly rely on witch doctors or Dhami-Jhankri. Private hospitals in urban areas are too expensive for common people.
Problem Statement
