Registration There will be a dedicated registration desk for CO 2012 in the Entrance Hall of SBS on Sunday evening and all other days. Lecture Theatres All presentations will take place in Rhodes Trust Lecture Theatre (RT LT), Edmond Safra Lecture Theatre (ES LT), and Lecture Theatre 5 (LT5), see Figure 1. The plenaries will take place in RT LT. Parallel sessions will take place in RT LT, ES LT, LT5. Every presentation is scheduled for 30 minutes, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion. Internet Access Wireless coverage is available in SBS. For this, you can obtain a username and password from the CO 2012 registration desk. Lunch Lunch and all tea and coffee refreshments breaks will be served in Seminar Room B, also known as the Founder’s Room, see Figure 1. Social program On Sunday evening, there will be a welcome reception with canapes from 18:30 to 20:30. This reception will be in the SBS Common Room. On Tuesday afternoon, there will be a walking tour of Oxford city centre. This tour will include Oxford landmarks such as the Bodleian Library, the Ashmolean museum and various University Colleges. This will be followed by a dinner at Oriel College, which is located off the High Street in Oxford city centre approximately, a 15 minute walk from the School.
