1.0 Eligibility
1.1 Open only to scholars/staff studying under: a) Taylor’s College Subang Jaya b) Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus c) Taylor’s College Sri Hartamas
1.2 Only FULL-TIME Staff/ College/ University students are allowed to participate. 1.3 All Staff / Staff ID must be valid and original. Photocopied cards/ ID will not be

2.0 Games System
2.1 The competition will be played as follows: (categories)

2.2 Each player can participate more than one category.
However, if the schedule for one category clash with another, the games will still
remain as the time given. No time delay will be allowed. The participants must
be responsible for the team and the games.
2.3 Participants MUST register in a team under the same programme.

All participating teams are NOT ALLOWED to swap line-up.

TEAMS MAY BE CANCELLED.
2.6 There is a limit to the number of teams for each category for each programme. Extra
teams from one programme will be placed in WAITING LIST until further
information is given. The allocation for team is all based on first come, first served
basis, and the registration is only valid until all the players in a team pay the
registration fees. 2.7 The CAPTAIN from each team will be the REFEREE. 2.8 The winner for the challenge trophy will be the programme who win the most
number of gold.

Registration of participants All participants must register on the day of the tournament
18th April 2014, before 5.20p.m.
19th April 2014, before 7.20a.m. Latecomers will not be entertained.
4.2 A registration fee of RM20 per person have to be paid before registration ends.
The fee can be handed to the person-in-charge at the booth from Monday to Thursday 4p.m. to 5p.m, Friday 12p.m. to 1p.m. All proceeds to charity, an
orphanage named Agathians Shelter.
5.0 Attire and Equipment
5.1 All participating team MUST be properly attired (T-shirt provided, shorts and
shoes).
5.2 All table tennis players are to bring their own equipment.
6.0 Referee 6.1.1 The referee is the captain from each team. The organizer will assign the captain
into different group for fairness.
7.0 Commencement of Matches
7.1 A ten minutes (10) “waiting grace period” will be given for teams before the
commencement of their first match.
7.2 Participants who fail to arrive after the stipulated waiting grace period will
automatically be considered as given a walkover for that match
8.0 Suspension and Disqualification
8.1 In the event of fight between players, officials or supporters of participating teams, the team that instigated the fight:
Will be fined RM 200.00 Will be banned from the tournament. Would be required to pay for any damages incurred during the fight.
8.2 Any institutions found to have violated the Scholars Sports Day Game Rule and Regulation, by fielding a non-registered player will be automatically disqualified and an official complaint will be lodged to the institutions concerned.
9.0 Others 9.1 All events will abide by the respective Competition Rules. 9.2 The prizes will be awarded to the Champion, First Runner-up and Second
Runner-up. 9.3 Any other matters concerning the tournament not covered for in the Rules shall
be left to the discretion of the Committee whose decision shall be final. 9.4 The Organizer will not be responsible for any loss of property or injury sustained
during the duration of the tournament. 9.5 The Organizer will reserve the right to make any necessary changes or actions
deemed for from time to time in order to ensure the smooth running of the tournament.
9.6 All team MUST provide with their own refreshment and first aid. 9.7 No smoking within the vicinity.
