General digital branding guidelines
Digital branding is available for events with 50 delegates or more.
Complimentary screen branding is included with room bookings along with, the welcome
screen on the ground floor foyer.
Costs below for digital branding in rooms

Playlist of content (Images, slides and videos) £200 (exclusive of VAT) and content delivery

4k video wall Available after 19:30hrs Monday to Friday and all day on weekends. Further times available upon enquiry. 50% off after day one of event.
The 4k video wall will be available during normal operating hours for STEM events only.

Conditions:
•Please ensure content is sent 3 working days before the event. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that your content will be displayed.
•All the content is scheduled to 30mins before your event start time and 30mins after, giving that no other event is taking place at the time.
•Although all the changes are considered, the IET cannot hold liability for content changes requestedon the day of your event.
• IET Services Ltd reserves the right not to approve any content considered inappropriate for theinstitution.
