Fire Safety Policy "It is the policy of this faciJity for all employees to evacuate the

premises in case of fire."

IF YOU DISCOVER A FIRE:

J\ctivate the nearest fire alarm and / or

D Notify the frre department by calling 911 or--------name, location and the nature of the fire.

FIGHT THE FIRE ONLY IF:

1. The fae department has been notified of the fae AND2. The fae is small and confined to its area of origin AND3. You have a \Vay out and can fight the fire \Vith your back to the exit, AND4. You have the proper extinguisher, in good \vorking order, and have been trained on how to use

it.5. If you are not sure of your ability, the fae extinguisher's capacity to contain the fire, or if you are

afraid, LEAVE THE AREA IMMEDIATELY!

Reasonable predictable: At the discretion of the company president depending upon risk assessmentit will be determined whether we will close for the day, leave early or work our regularly scheduled

shift hours. If closing for the day we will use a phone tree and text messaging system to notify the staff as soon as a final decision is made.

Unpredictable natural disaster- Depending upon the disaster that we are facing we will relocate to

a safe area within the facility for shelter until the immanent threat has passed and employees can

safely leave the facility. Locations within the facility that are the safest in the event of tornado or

other disaster requiring containment are hallways, manage's office, nursing station, it is our policy

that the President, Ceo, or officemanger will evaluate the threat and determine a safe place for

visitors or employees to meet.
