Recommended for buildings of more than 25 homes. The 199 KIT includes all the material needed for a full video

door entry installation, except monitors and video distributors (if required). Kit includes: coded VDS outdoor panel

with COLOUR camera, fl ush box, power supply for up to 40 homes in video or 80 in audio (ref.4830) and a 12Vac

power supply (ref.4800) to drive the installation’s electric lock. Another power supply (ref.4830) must be added

for every additional 40 monitors or 80 telephones.

There are two 199 VIDEO KIT models:

- 199 DIRECT VIDEO KIT. Includes DIRECT VDS panel with keypad for house calls. The call codes assigned to

each door can be indicated in the built-in directory panel. The keypad has a built-in access control function.

The electric lock is triggered when a code up to 6 digits is entered. 1 common code per panel.

- 199 DIGITAL VIDEO KIT. Includes DIGITAL VDS panel with keypad and electronic directory. Door codes and

residents’ names are shown on the e-agenda type DISPLAY. Keypad with built-in access control function.

Allows to program up to 350 different users/codes.

VOX 199 KITS are VDS audio door entry equipment for

buildings up to 199 apartments.

Includes: panel (or panels) with its fl ush box, 1 power

supply 18Vdc (ref.4830) up to 80 apartments, and a power

supply 12Vac (ref.4800) for the altern current electric lock

release installation. To complete the installation request the

necessary telephones (ref.3390 or ref.3391). An additional

power supply is needed for every 80 additional telephones

SKYLINE consists of 8 different-sized frames where different modules can easily be fi tted. Modules come in 2

sizes, designated V and W (W is twice the size of V).

The audio and video modules are available in all FERMAX technologies. Once technology has been selected, the

use of these modules with the appropriate frames, allows to set up the necessary panel for any installations.

COMBINATIONS

The combination of frames and modules depends on the number of apartments at the building and the accessories needed.

There are two module sizes: V and W (W is twice the

size of V).

Frames are designated according to their V module

inclusion capacity.

ASSEMBLY

The module-frame clip-on assembly system is very

simple and effective.

The modules fi t perfectly into the profi le.

Watertight tapes prevent water and dirt entry.

Once the panel is assembled, the different modules are

connected to each other.

The fi nal result is a compact and robust equipment set,

just like a monoblock panel (IP43 IK7).

The pushbutton contacts and digital keypad are

watertight, assuring their operation and reliability.

Proven in laboratory trials to be able to resist 100,000

pressings in 48 hours.2

Informative cardholder with lighting to personalize the

building, indicate the address or use as a residents and

door codes directory needed in codifi ed digital panels.

The DISPLAY MODULE makes it possible to search the

list of residents and their allocated door codes (telephone

book type). It indicates the communication status. The

keys allow to browse through the menu. Press to

call the apartment after keying the door number on the

keypad.

The KEYPAD MODULE allows to call the homes by keying

the allocated door code. It also acts as an access control

system, activating the door release when a given code is

entered (depending on the technology).

Cityline is the luxury audio and video door entry panel from

FERMAX. Its monoblock concept and customized manufacture

enable a wide range of solutions for audio and video door entry

panels.

CITYLINE PANEL

There are 9 different panel dimensions in a series, all the same

width, but with different heights and button capacities.

Each series consists of a large range of single or double

pushbutton solutions with the possibility to include: cardholders,

informative screen, proximity reader and Bluetooth.

With CITYLINE it is possible to choose the most suitable design

for each installation.

CITYLINE is a new design that maintains total compatibility with

its predecessor (CITYLINE CLASSIC), ensuring its immediate

substitution and replacement.

This new line includes video and audio functions in the same

module, allowing to renew the CITYLINE CLASSIC audio

entry panel for a CITYLINE video entry, keeping the same

measurements and using the same fl ush box.

Manufactured on a highly weather resistant anodized aluminium

profi le. The pushbuttons and displays are chromed zamak, the

amplifi er facade in aluminium and the interior protected by a

stainless steel grid.

Pushbuttons are designed watertight (IP43 IK7) and tested in

the most demanding conditions to achieve great

durability and reliability.

The Cityline Digital Video door entry panel includes a

COLOUR CAMERA as standard issue and a numeric

KEYPAD to make house calls. It is simple and intuitive to

use. For calling, once the door code is entered, press the

bell to call the house.

The MODULE has a powerful built-in

high-performance (2W) AMPLIFIER with

volume control to set the conversation

level. A synthesized message - “The

door is open. Please, close the door

behind you”- is emitted while the door is opening. Opening

time is adjustable from the keypad.

The metallic keys are made in zamak

with permanent BACKLIGHTING

allowing to see the numbers in poor light

conditions. Its robust design and airtight

keys guarantee reliability and durability

High contrast, enables to view the names of the

Through the keypad it is possible to activate the

installation’s electric lock. VDS and BUS2 digital

panels can handle up to 350 codes/users (Digital

version) or 1 common code per panel (Direct

version). The MDS Digital panel can manage up to

1.020 users.

There are 2 panel models:

- DIRECT panels: They do not include a display

and need a DIRECTORY to write the name of the

residents and their allocated door codes.To call the

apartment, enter the door code via keypad and

press the bell key.

- DIGITAL panels: Select the tenant/door from the

DISPLAY and press the bell key directly.

Cityline is the Classic range of audio and video outdoor panels for

buildings. It stands out for its design, versatility and curved-convex

profi le.

There are 8 continuous profi le series, all of them the same width but

with different heights and button capacities.

• The PANELS are made of highly weather-resistant anodised

aluminium. A cellular rubber waterproof seal, ensures perfect fi tting

of the panel in the wall, preventing water from getting in.

• Once installed, the tightening SCREWS are completely hidden by

protection covers at the top and bottom. The screws are of Allen

type.

• The metal PUSHBUTTONS have a rounded shape, to keep with

the curved profi le of the panel. They can be double or single. The

amplifi er emits a confi rmation sound when the button is pressed.

The chrome fi nished buttons are protected against weather by thick

chrome plating. The pushbuttons include a cardholder to place

the name/number of the resident. By pressing the pushbutton, the

cardholder illuminates to making easier to fi nd the names even in

complete darkness.

• The AMPLIFIER includes virtually all the electronics of the

equipment. Manufactured in SMD (Surface Mounting Device) and

subject to a process of tropicalisation to withstand the most adverse

weather conditions. It has: front button for lighting of card-holders,

volume controls in both directions for optimum sound level free

from feedback, call confi rmation sound, sound synth in different

languages, etc.

Marine panel is a vandal-proof video door-entry system made of

stainless steel (2,5mm-thick). (IP 54 IK 09)

The new Marine design includes a COLOUR CAMERA completely

integrated in the amplifi er to make the video door entry system.

The Marine Digital version includes a numeric KEYPAD to make

house calls. It is simple and intuitive to use. Enter the door code

and press button to call to the house.

The panel is attached to the FLUSH-MOUNTED BOX by means

of vandal-proof SAFETY SCREWS made of stainless steel.

It is attached to the wall by means of self-expanding screws and

plugs, to avoid warping.

A cellular rubber WATERPROOF SEAL ensures perfect fi tting of

the panel onto the wall, preventing water from getting in.

The module has a powerful built-in high-performance (2W)

AMPLIFIER with volume control to set the conversation level.

The SMD (Surface Mounting Device) AMPLIFIER, which has been

2. POWER SUPPLY / SWITCHER

Power supplies include a set of covers to protect the terminals if

they are not DIN rail installed.

For power the electric lock (Vac). DIN4 format.

For additional monitors in homes. 1 power supply is required for

every 2 additional monitors in the apartment. DIN6 format.

For operation in the event of power cuts. Requires 2 lead acid

batteries 12V/2,2A (ref.2070).

Necessary for installations with 2 VDS video outdoor panels

(without guard unit).

For condominiums where a VDS system is combined in apartment blocks inside (B.I.) the condominiums with an MDS system at general entrances (G.E.). 1 decoder is required for each apartment block. ACCESS CONTROL


CENTRALISED ACCESS CONTROL

The centralisation of the system contains: Central Unit, power

supply, battery and the necessary module for communications

with the PC. An emergency power supply is recommended. In

installations with large distances, it will be necessary to install

additional power supplies at the access in order to avoid voltage

drops in the cabling.

The Centralised Access Control System gives an answer to

complex installations with several accesses and advanced

managing and automation functions. A Central Unit is required

and a highly intuitive Windows software to program the installation

with the PC. The connection between the PC and the installation

can be direct to the installation (RS-485) or remote (IP). The data

can be updated and the installation monitored from different PCs

(multi-station).

For advanced access control functions and home automation

only. Each Central Unit allows:

• 2.048 users.

• 32 doors. It can manage one reader to enter and another to

exit.

• 64 groups of users (profi les).

• 4 special profi les without restrictions.

• 32 areas. Defi nes the doors to which access is permitted.

• 32 timetables. It is possible to defi ne holidays.

• Recording of the last 3.000 incidents (entries, exits, accesses

denied, alerts, etc.)

by means a fi ber optic cable (monomode fi ber with FC/PC

connectors). Advantages: links up to 5 km, noise immunity

and discharges isolation. Includes: transmitter (TX),

receiver (RX) and two power supplies. It can be used in any

communication point of an MDS system.

1087 IP REMOTE MANAGEMENT MODULE

Is connected to the central unit by means of the adaptor

ref.2466. Allows communication between the management

computer and the installation using the computer network

(Ethernet),avoiding additional cabling. Remote management

via internet is possible if there are no protection devices

(fi rewall) in the computer installation.
