AHU-4 SEQUENCE OF OPERATIONALL SETPOINTS SHALL BE ADJUSTABLE.
SETPOINTS OF 74°F COOLING AND 68°F HEATING SHALL BE MAINTAINED 24/7/365.THE AHU SUPPLY FAN SHALL BE ENABLED AND COMMANDED TO RUN. THE SUPPLY STATIC PRESSURE CONTROL LOOP, COOLING COILCONTROL LOOP, AND OUTSIDE AIR CONTROL LOOP SHALL BE ENABLED. VAV TERMINAL UNITS SHALL ALSO BE ENABLED WITH TEMPERATURE SETPOINTS FROM EACHLOCAL SPACE THERMOSTAT. SYSTEM SHALL MAINTAIN STATIC PRESSURE SETPOINT.
WHEN THE COOLING COIL CONTROL LOOP IS ENABLED, THE DDC HARDWARE SHALL MODULATE THE COOLING COIL CHILLED WATER VALVE TO MAINTAIN SUPPLY AIRTEMPERATURE AT 55°F SETPOINT.
WHEN THE OUTSIDE AIR CONTROL LOOP IS ENABLED, THE DDC SHALL MODULATE THE OUTSIDE AIR DAMPER OPEN TO ATTAIN THE MINIMUM SCHEDULED OUTSIDE AIRCFM SETPOINT. IF THE OUTSIDE AIR DAMPER IS 100% OPEN AND THE MAXIMUM SCHEDULED OA CFM SETPOINT CANNOT BE ATTAINED, THEN THE DDC SHALLMODULATE THE RETURN AIR DAMPER TOWARD THE CLOSED POSITION UNTIL THE MAXIMUM SCHEDULED OUTSIDE AIR CFM IS ATTAINED. AT NO TIME SHALL THE RADAMPER BE LESS THAN 10% OPEN.
VAV TERMINAL UNIT SEQUENCE OF OPERATIONALL SETPOINTS SHALL BE ADJUSTABLE.
THE TERMINAL CONTROL UNIT (TCU) SHALL MODULATE THE VAV DAMPER AND THE HOT WATER CONTROL VALVE AS NEEDED TO MAINTAIN SPACE TEMPERATUREAT SETPOINT AS FOLLOWS. ON A RISE IN SPACE TEMPERATURE ABOVE SETPOINT THE CONTROLLER SHALL MODULATE THE VAV DAMPER OPEN TO THE MAXIMUMSCHEDULED CFM SETTING. AS SPACE TEMPERATURE DROPS TO SETPOINT, TCU SHALL MODULATE THE VAV DAMPER CLOSED TO MINIMUM CFM SETTING. IFSPACE TEMPERATURE CONTINUES TO DROP BELOW SETPOINT THROUGH ITS HEATING DEADBAND, TCU SHALL MODULATE THE HOT WATER CONTROL VALVE OPENAND THE VAV DAMPER SHALL MODULATE TO ITS HEATING CFM SETPOINT AS INDICATED ON THE VAV SCHEDULE.
