GDA PROGRAM PROGRAM OUTLINE
Player Pathway
• For the first time ever we now have a direct link from our youth players to Women’s Professional
Team here in NC
GDA OverviewThe Academy connects National Team coaches directly with the Academy clubs to develop and identify players and coaches for future Youth National Teams.
Each Academy club will be evaluated by a member of the scouting network and each academy club receives two formal reviews that provide feedback in eight key performance categories each year from the U.S. Soccer Technical Staff.
GDA VisionTo continually produce the best players possible, who are capable of competing at the highest level of female soccer, through the creation of the right environment and the idea of high quality trainings on a weekly and daily basis
We, as a staff and club, will expect that all players are able to play the playing style asked by program coaches and that staff follow the guidelines set in preparations for players development and for the season at hand while carrying the programs standards and values
