Support the Integration of DATA and INFRASTRUCTURE between GBIF and the VIBRANT via SCRATCHPADS

• Publication of Scratchpad-originating Primary and Taxonomic Biodiversity data through GBIF Network

• Promote uptake and use of Scratchpad platform / modules within National and Regional GBIF Nodes as part of a Portal Toolkit
