Type this data in your excel sheet

We have a formula in B4 cell

Select Range A1:B6

Click insert tabGoto Charts group Click on Others Charts and select Doughnut Chart

Remove the legends

Right click on Donut seriesClick Format Data Series and change the angle to 270 degrees

Right click on each data point and click Format Data Series to change the fill (No fill)

Select the Pie series and go to Design tab, click on Change Chart Type

Change the chart type to Pie

Right click on Pie series, click on Format Data series, and change the angle to 270 degrees and plot the series on the secondary axis

Click on this slice of 1 point, goto format tab and fill Black color

Goto Developer Tab, Click on Insert, Select Spin Button

Right click on Spin button, click on Format Control and changeMinimum value = 0Maximum value = 100Cell link = $B$2Then click ok

Select chartGoto Layout tabClick on Chart TitleSelect Centered Overlay Title

Click on Chart TitleGoto Formula bar and type “=“ and Select B8 cellPress Enter
