• Investment were made to setup a fully equipped software development facility. Added 6000 sq feet of additional office space.• Merger of Ebosys Technologies Pvt Ltd.• We became offshore product development and support service provider for over 25 product companies globally.

2003

Milestones

• Added 8000 sq feet of additional capacity to our existing software development centre

• Upgraded entire network to a unified CAT 7 fully secure network for our facility and upgraded nearly 70% of our computers to HP Business Machines.

• Team Size grew to 150+ software developers at our software development centre in India. Added 7 senior sales teams at our international sales offices in Netherlands and US.

2004

Milestones

• Worked out a roadmap to the minutest detail to touch a team size of 500 by Dec 2006 and initiated efforts on it.

• Initiated efforts to add 2000 sq feet to our existing Software Development centre taking the total area to 42000 sq feet

• Executed prestigious projects for Stock Markets, Real Estate And Gaming.

• Initiated Efforts towards CMM 3 certification and team size grew to 240+ software developers at our software development centre in India

2005

Infrastructure

Total Office Area: 26,000 sq. ft. of total office space.

Hardware Infrastructure: 300+ workstations for software development, testing and support facilities.

Internal Training Facilities: In-house staff training facility to train up to 50 people at a time with LCD Projector (beamer), and otherinteractive tools.

Internet Connectivity: We have a dedicated leased line for all our development facility supported by a backup broadband cable link incase the leased line fails. l the facilities have dedicated dialup terminals in the offices incase of extreme contingency

Dedicated Servers for application Hosting, Testing Client Presentation: We have co-location servers with one of the best data center in USA having multiple OC3 connectivity and all the latest Firewall installed. We have an internal hosting server on Real IP for our clients to view the status of their development work on production servers at any phase of their development cycle thereby providing complete transparency in our facility. Apart from this we have a rack of servers at our development setup in India with 16 independent IP with Linux, NT, .Net, Java, ASP, MySQL, MSSQL and Oracle Support.

Communication Infrastructure :We use VOIP based phone to call into our clients globally and to receive calls into our office with local US numbers and toll free numbers for clients and potential customers globally. We use online collaboration tools gotomeeting for online demo, training, user acceptance and

collaboration.

Contingency And Disaster Recovery: The physical infrastructure at all our development facilities has been planned in such a manner that practically nothing has been left to chance. All foreseeable contingencies have been taken into consideration and consequently have been planned for. An offsite location with 30 seat capacity has been created for any kind of eventuality should the main center be rendered unusable due to any reason whatsoever.
