NIGERIA 1317 JUNE 2016 GENDER ACTION LEARNING SYSTEM FOR FINANCIAL INCLUSION A WINWIN WORKSHOP RUFIN and IFAD PTA Gender Desk have joined efforts to empower rural households and communities in Nigeria for financial inclusion and sustainability. The Gender Action Learning System is used as a tool and approach to empower clients, field agents, financial service providers and apexes, under supervision of the Central Bank of Nigeria and Rural Outreach Coordination Committee.
