• Provide guidance on new 2012 reporting requirements• Review the Performance Report for

Grants and Cooperative Agreements Manual

• Present revised performance tables

When Do the Changes in Reporting Requirements

Occur?• System Transition

• After June 30, 2012• Reports filed for grants ending on or

before June 30, 2012 will complete the previously used performance measures

• Any reports filed after June 30, 2012 will use the new performance measures

• ARRA funded grants• Reports for the quarter ending 6/30/12

will use the old system

• Volunteers are needed for User Acceptance Testing.

• Anyone interested in participating please contact your program officer.

• Phase I – July 16, 2012 to August 3, 2012

• Phase II – August 8, 2012 to August 20, 2012

• Final Phase – August 23 and 24, 2012
