ʝ Parental styles and roles, support systems, boundaries and self care.
ʝ Effective communication tips and tools to encourage your teen to talk, to feel heard and engage their co-operation.
ʝ Explore consequences and choices and utilise tools to help your teen learn from both.
ʝ Explore ways of having difficult conversations about sex and drugs.
ʝ Actively parenting and feeling good about your role.
