Letter from the

Chairman of the Board

Dear Friends,

I would like to thank my fellow directors for the opportunity to serve aspresident and chairman of Future-net Credit Cooperative. It is a very humbling and gratifying experience to serve such a great organization that providestremendous value to its member co-ops. I also want to express myappreciation to the entire Future-net membership for its continued support.I’m especially mindful of this as we celebrate the International Year ofthe Cooperative and as we are marking Future-net 1st anniversary in2012. The solid foundation built on the seven cooperative principles andthe stability of the co-op business model have served us well over theyear as the industry has evolved.

Change is always difficult, but to continue down a path of inefficiency is not good business. Future-net has always been a good steward of our environment and we will continue to meet all of our responsibilities. I greatly appreciate everyone’s effort and patience throughout the process.

I again want to thank Future-net operation manager and her entire staff for the outstanding job they do for our membership. Their commitment and dedication to the organization and ultimately to our member cooperatives is tremendous.

On behalf of the board, I want to express our appreciation to the entire FNCC workforce for the job
