To ensure a sustainable delivery of Sport for Development programmes, those who implement such are required to have substantial thematic and cultural know-ledge as well as the necessary teaching skills.
The Further Education Programme „Sport-for-Development“ consists of three phases with the aim to enable participants » to deliver sport related development programmes in social problem and crisis areas;» to be sufficiently qualified for the international labor market;» to create awareness for different working areas.
During the one-week seminar „Communities and Crisis - Inclusive Develop-ment through Sport“ (organised by ICSSPE) in Rheinsberg/Germany participants benefit from unique insights into the usage of sport for inclusive community building, crisis management and social development. International experts and practitioners from the fields of sociology, psychology, social work and physical activity/education will deliver a hands-on training programme. Through both the-oretical and practical learning sessions, participants will learn how to implement Sport-for-Development programmes.
