Scenario walkthroughArt academies, Graphic Design Training Center and School of Fine Art want to run an ad campaign to promote visual art courses. Contoso Advertising is hired to produce creative content for the campaign

Content must be produced for TV and Print media. Contoso will be paid on T&M material basis with a cap of 150K USD for TV content and 100K USD for Print. Both academies would be sharing the costs for project equally

School of Fine Art is also interested in advertising on the internet. It asked Contoso to provide with creative content that it would use on sites and at a time of its choosing. This is supposed to be a fixed price initiative

Scenario walkthrough continuedThe TV and print media advertising initiative was to be billed on a T&M basis, bi-weekly. It was agreed that Contoso would bill only for Design and Development work categories. Printing and productions costs will not be billed, however, the customers agreed to pay a 15 % fee per each invoice to help cover the costs

The work for internet advertising involved delivering 3 types of creative content. The following is the value of each of the 3 deliverables that Contoso is to work ona. Banner ad: 20K USDb. Pop up ad: 30K USDc. 20s video: 60K USD

School of Fine Art wanted to hold 10% retention for each creative unit billed until it was able to gather information about the effectiveness of the content
