sSwinging Extension Booms REM’s swinging extension booms are designed to enlarge the reach of REM’s products, such as self supporting arms and vehicle exhaust equipment such as hose reels and flexible hoses. The extension boom helps in reaching areas which aredistant from wall or the mounting point. They also can be used to support items such as feeders or undersling hoses or cables. The swivel section of the boom is made of rolled steel pipe, which is caped at the bottom as standard. The top of the pipe, same as the bottom, is adapted to accept a fan or flanged duct connection. the extension beams are manufactured of heavy gauge square steel tube with bearing swivel. The spiral ducting mounted along the beam can be of 160mm or 200mm diameter. As a standard all units are
supplied with a bracket to mount REM fume arms. Doule pivot type extension booms are divided by a center bearing hinge which allows the user to reach back under the extension boom or just simply to reach around the corner.

Welding Table C-1000/N/L/A C1000 welding table has been designed to exhaust fumes appearing during the welding process. REM’s welding table makes perfect work space featuring fume arm an down draft exhaust which captures dangerous fumes. Supplied arm can be fitted with optional ligth kit and automatic photosensor, which can activate the fan unit, giving you the freedom to work efficiently and effectively. C1000 also features small round revolving table to give flexibility and easy access to the welded elements. Design of the table allows you to connect it to the central filtering system. Welding table can work with most dry dusts and fumes with restrictions to chemically aggressive or explosive gases.

It is also equipped with compressed air cartridge cleaning system, which depending on the model can be activated manualy or by a timer. RollOutFiltering unit RollOut REM’s Portable Filtering unit RollOut is designed to exhaust and filter dry impurities. A highly efficient filtering cartridge (up to USGC BIA category) makes it possible to use everywhere for processes such as welding, grinding, polishing, cutting of metals and plastics and much more. The RollOut is not designed for filtering the air from corrosive, caustic and explosive gases and dusts. The housing of The RollOut is manufactured of welded steel sheet. It is completely painted with polyester-epoxy powder paint. Inside there is an aluminium mesh (prefilter), which protects the cartridge from sparks and prefilters the air. Next there is main cartridge filter and a finaly carbon after-filter at the outlet. The cartridge filter is cleaned with a compressed air system which is located inside the cabinet (air tank with safety valve, pneumatic pulse valve). Cleaning is started with a palm button (manually controlled cleaning) and should be performed each time the airflow decreases or at the end of a work day (depending on usage). The RollOut filtering unit is also equipped with a heavy duty Electrical on/off switch. Large rear wheels mounted to the rear of the housing and swivel casters mounted to the front of the housing make easy for moving the unit to work area. A self-supporting Fume Arm model 1620P (160mm x 2m) or 1630P (160mm x 3m) can be mounted at the top of the unit.

REM fan units ty WR are equipped with backward inclined blade impeller of closed radial construction. WR units are meant for usage with non-explosive and chemically non-aggressive gases of temperature up to 40oC (313K).
WR units can be used for polluted air and light dusts (up to 0.5 g/m3) but should not be used to transport solid parts. Fans are constructed of powder coated welded sheet iron. They have aluminium impellers which are mounted directly on the motor shaft. The fan inlet has duct connection collar. See technical data table for fan/motor specifications. Noise value is maximal and measurement has been taken in the range of 1M from open fan outlet and with 6M duct connected to the fan inlet. 5dB(A) decrease should be expected when fans are connected to duct installation.
